Catalyst Center Program Analyst

Tony Ghanem has been working in the field of nonprofit mental health for over a decade, after completing his Bachelor of Arts at San Francisco State University. Upon graduating, Tony began his career as Support Counselor with Edgewood Center in San Francisco. Tony realized however that his true calling was to support families in their communities and has been working for Seneca Family of agencies for the last 15 years, most recently as a Wraparound Permanency Supervisor in Santa Clara. In that time, Tony has collaborated with multiple child welfare systems throughout California promoting community based sustainable practices.  Practices which support youth and families with a focus on connectedness, permanency and promoting family voice. Tony is passionate about supporting some of our most vulnerable youth, promoting family centered practices, and helping to improve the quality of lives of those in care.

Tony is excited to join the Catalyst Team and is looking forward to making an impact in the lives of the families we serve.
